Each store owner is responsible for their store's branding, pricing, and customer data. You retain full control over your store while Data Site Builder provides the infrastructure. Store content and operations must comply with applicable laws.
Tenant Isolation & Data Security
Strict data isolation is maintained between stores. Your store's data, customers, transactions, and earnings are never shared with other store owners. Credentials and payment keys are stored securely.
Subscription & Payment
Subscription plans determine your store's features and limits. Payments are processed via Paystack. Refunds for subscriptions are handled according to your plan terms. Store wallet deposits and platform payments follow our payment verification process.
Withdrawal Policy
Store owners may request withdrawals from their store balance. Requests undergo administrative review. Withdrawals are processed via bank or mobile money transfer. Status updates (Pending, Approved, Rejected, Processing, Completed, Failed) are visible in your dashboard.
Acceptable Use
Store owners must not use the platform for illegal activity, fraud, or abuse. We maintain a safe environment for store owners, agents, and customers. Violations may result in store suspension or account termination.
Platform Availability
Data Site Builder aims for high availability. Orders, payments, and delivery run 24/7. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or network operators.
Prohibited Uses
The following activities are not permitted on Data Site Builder. Violations may result in store suspension or account termination.
